Victor Chan currently holds a General Managerial position in Neptune Centuries Holding’s Subsidiary company Nerio Marine & Logistics (NML). He joined Neptune Centuries Holdings on 1 November 2016 with over 20 years of exposure in the Shipping industry.

His job scope is to strengthen agency network, amplifying the Company’s customer base as well as establishing a strong interrelationship with carriers.
The primary goal he set for himself to achieve is elevating NML into a key NVOCC player in the container cargo market where merchants will be assured of our services and turn to our company for any needs.

The job scope as an Operation Manager in NCHO Engineering the crucial focal point is to manage the daily workings of ISO Tank Container operations. Also, the manager has to possess great leadership by planning, managing and implementing schedules so as to ensure deadlines are met.

In 2013, she got promoted to Business Manager for Neptune Centuries Holdings first newly established warehousing and transportation company Majesty Express Ptd Ltd (MEPL).
Her current job scope as a Business Manager in MEPL is to lead and drive workers efficiency to improve business. Revamping and adding value to work processes.
To be able to troubleshoot and resolve obstacles that surfaces with the ground team show effective employee-employer interrelationship communication, this gives her the strongest sense of fulfillment.
