On 12 October 2020 NCHO Engineering, a subsidiary of Neptune Centuries has successfully achieved the transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO45001:2018, the world’s first global standard for occupational health and safety management system. This new accreditation replaces the OHSAS 18001 (British standard for occupational health and safety management System).

ISO 45001:2018 is an International Standard that specifies requirements for occupational health and safety (OHS) management system to enable organisations to proactively improve their safety performance in preventing accidents, injury, and ill health.

As a company who constantly strives to continually improve our systems, having an effective occupational health and safety Management System is paramount for us. This is why we are extremely honoured to have successfully achieved this new standard well in advance of the required migration date.
